What Rezi is
Rezi is an AI resume builder. Around the builder sit the Rezi Score, keyword targeting against a job description, cover and resignation letters, AI interview practice, a free Chrome extension and a phone app for finding jobs.
The score and the keywords
The Rezi Score breaks a resume down section by section, so you see which part is weak rather than one number for the whole page. Paste a job description and Rezi lists the keywords your resume is missing. The pages read do not explain how the score is weighted, so treat it as Rezi’s own model of a good resume, not an employer’s.
On the free plan both the score and keyword targeting are limited; the pages read do not say exactly how.
Exports and the free plan
The free plan gives 1 resume, 1 AI interview and 3 PDF downloads, plus unlimited cover and resignation letters, and needs no card. That is enough to build one resume and download a few versions of it. Word export is Pro: PDF on every plan, .DOCX added with Pro.
Interview practice
The AI interview generates questions from your resume and the job description, scores your answers and practises STAR answers. Free users get one interview.
The extension and the app
The Chrome extension fills applications on ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse and Lever, and you press Submit; its autofill is free. The App Store and Google Play app shows jobs from company career pages, each scored 0 to 100 against your saved resume, with a daily swipe limit on the free app. The pages do not state that number.
Price, the guarantee and leaving
Pro is $29 a month, with unlimited resumes, AI and downloads and one expert review a month. Lifetime is $149 once and gives Pro’s features without the monthly expert review. Enterprise is $99 a month for 200 users.
The pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its banner says all plans; its FAQ names Pro and Lifetime only. The app page says new users may be eligible for a free trial, with no terms given.
Cancelling is done in account settings and moves you to the free plan, sometimes after a retention offer. Here Rezi’s pages disagree: the cancel page says the subscription ends as soon as you cancel, while the plans page says it stays active to the end of the billing period. The plans page also says you are not charged again unless you renew, but no page says outright whether Pro renews automatically. If you buy Pro and plan to cancel, do it near the end of the period you paid for, and check the account afterwards.
The claims
Rezi says it has helped 4.8 million job seekers since September 2019, and its home page states a 62.18% interview rate against an average of about 3%. Its pages give no method for either figure.
